This was a great location downtown close to hotels and the train station. Drop off and pick up were fast and efficient and the owners of the shop were very friendly, like everyone we met in Alaska. A great option if you have come off of a cruise ship and don't want to take all of your luggage on the train to Denali.
I appreciated having a place to hold our luggage for the 2-3 hours from arriving to Anchorage to waiting to check in to our lodging. We made use of the time by grabbing a bite to eat and walking around downtown. The Bounce staff was friendly and worked around the tech glitches when my phone wouldn’t pull up the QR code to check in my bags.
Very nice storage location! The lady there was very friendly! Baggage was safe, and the place was open on Saturday.
She was great very kind and accommodating
