I’m not sure how long the service has been around but the idea and the concept is great. It’s just that the people at the location that I stopped at were untrained and it took too long for me to check my bag in and get my bag on pick up. It was more for a lack of communication and unprofessionalism on their end. Not bounces fault
Nice and easy! Loved the dog too 😅
The staff were really nice and everything worked out. The only thing I wish is that they would give a courtesy call before the store closes. Because we had misread saying the store closed at 6:30 but it looked like they closed at six. But overall great!
