Just don't. It seems like anyone can be a Bounce facility if they sign up for the app. Mine was in a crappy bodega, they acted like I was a nuisance and put my stuff in the walkway between the register and back office. I said no thanks and kept my stuff. They can have my thirty bucks, I didn't even bother trying to get a refund. One wasn't offered either. Edit 8/13/24: to Bounce's credit, they did see this review and refund my money.
Very easy and convenient and they were very friendly! Easy to drop off luggage and easy to pick it up!
