Easy process. I believe my contact for the drop off was the owner. He was friendly and helpful. The pick up was quick and easy and the guy was helpful too. Nothing from my backpack seemed tampered with or missing, and no damages. My bag was exactly where I left it in their secured room. I would use this service again if needed in the future, and recommend this place if its location is suitable for you. It was a 5 min walk to where I needed to be so it was a good fit for myself.
