I had my sons 4th Birthday there , the place is nice but NOT ENOUGH ROOM & I didn't like how online it says you won't be charged for kids under age 2 but then once you book they say they charge for ages 1-17 .. & online it says 16 year olds can't jump but your going to charge me for them . Also online it says that they clean up for you . But that's a big lie because they sat down until after I had cleaned up everything! Second awful experience since the original owner Nick sold the place. First, a few months ago, a friend had a party there. They were almost an hour late opening then she had to haggle for a refynd! Went in for free play today and the gentelman at the desk said they nolonger allow outside food for free play! Really. We had been in before numerous times with food for the kids. Gentlemen who claimed not to be the owner was rude. We did however get our money back.
