I used to love this place. But it has went down hill. I would not recommend this place at all!!! They allow walk ins. And let's just say anybody can walks in.

We are sorry that you did not have a good experience. The only time our facility is not open for walk-ins is when a client/patron leases the entire building. Clients/patrons can book parties where we section off an area for the private party, however the play area is welcome to all patrons. We are sorry for any confusion regarding this. Please don't hesitate to call us to discuss! We'd love for you to come visit again.
I had a party in place and arrived to an empty, dark and uninflated bounce houses at the 50th st location. Very disappointing!

I would not recomend ever we had reservation for 9 this am they changed it to 11 then no response no call at all horrable experence and will never recomend or use again ruined my daughter birthday
Nice spot to come and relax and let your kids have some good ole fun!!! Very professional environment will definitely be back.....
