Words can’t express how grateful and proud I am to be able to attend such a great dance and fitness studio. Bounce Bac has amazing instructors who have a passion to teach/train. I get to choose what classes I want to attend whether it be Zumba, Bhangra, aerobics or Gopikas kick butt Booty Band..I can schedule my class last minute with no hassle which is great when my work schedule changes.. Overall I am so glad I joined Bounce Bac!

Fitness studio with yoga, Zumba and Bhangra dance workouts. Place is also rented by other dance and workout schools and groups. Nice big studio within above average lighting, good sound and clean washroom. Lots of parking out front.
