I was "treated?" very poorly at Boulware clinic. I was stigmatized and put though quite an ordeal while seeking help for anxiety. There is a nurse who prescribes meds. The prescriptions had Boulware listed as the prescriber.? I will NEVER go to Boulware again; or be "treated?" by GRACE LLEWELLYN. 1 star is FAR to much to rate this POS.
