Experienced this restaurant when I was in NYC 3 years ago. Amazingly wonderful food and atmosphere.
Would give 2 and 1/2 if was possible. Living in London and knowing very well the sister restaurant in Knightsbridge, the NY restaurant didn't meet my expectations. Food was ok, my mother had halibut that was good, I had steak tartare that was average (-) service could be much better but wasn't awful but not worth 15% (minimum) for sure. But I don't think service is good in NY apart from a few places, London is much better (my opinion)
