Recently had my crawl space insulated by Boulton. They did a great job, were quick, and the price was great. They work with PSE and saved me a lot of money with rebates. Installers did a good job and were efficient and tidy and left things in great shape.
We have a 1950s house with no insulation, so I called Boulton for a bid, as they were recommended by Sunset Air. They came to take measurements and noted that the utility would pay for all of it other than tax--but this will very likely be discontinued by the end of the year so jump on it fast.. These folx were amazing, we paid out $200 for all our wall insulation, they took care of the rebates and we had zero paperwork. I have an infrared camera that I used to check their work after they finished, they did a great job but because our house is from 1920 there’s a lot weird cross bracing. They came back and spent half a day getting all the little voids filled for no charge. These folx are amazing. Get this before the rebates disappear. Dec 4 2024
So far, so good came and removed insulation quickly!
They installed insulation in our old addition, but removed all the insulation, including over the garage, and then would not install insulation back into the attic area over the garage. So now we have no insulation and if we want it, they want us to pay more $$. I've already paid nearly $10k for this job. I'm going with another company to finish the job because they won't own up to the bid and will be going to use the Consumer Protection Act against this business!
