RecommendedMy 5 year old Siamese mix had a urinary blockage. I rushed him there and the techs and doctors began the process to unblock him. He needed a PU surgery he got that done yesterday. I called doctor Fuerst for an update and all went well. This hospital took me in and accommodated me when every other vet turned me away. Mind you, i just moved to this area and my home town vet even turned me away and is over a 45 min drive. Thank you so much to the staff,techs,doctors for taking such good care of my Kasen. The front desk is always rude and seem frazzled when you call. They cut you off and talk over you. If you bring your pet during the pandemic, you can not go in with them. They carry out procedures and give expensive vaccinations without reviewing with you first. Disaster. Very disappointing.
I don’t know what I’d do without boulevard vet clinic ! Having a 14 year old senior dog and a 2 year old frenchie can be crazy and stressful but BVC makes it so much easier for me! Between the receptionists, staff and vets not only do they always help me out answering questions over the phone or coming in for a quick apt, they make my dogs and I feel welcomed and a part of the BVC family. I just started coming here with my German Shepherd Kai~ And loved the Dr.'s , tech's, and office. I was worried about my mush, but they were knowledgeable, experienced, and very caring in his treatment that he'll be on. I had myself worried sick until I spoke with them. And they knew exactly what his issue was, (GSD's) are prone to. Thank you to all of your office, and we're looking forward to many years of compassion and care. ❤🐶❤
