I hit a divider at night HARD. Called them same day and they offered to look at it first. Tire wasn't safe, nor was the wheel. They explained everything without being condescending or rude because I'm a woman. I happened to come at the right time and even shared some egg rolls with the team. They searched far and wide for my proper wheel and even made sure the other rim was fine. They made me feel welcome despite it being such a stressful time. I'll be bringing more business to them soon enough! ��
