Called because I had a flat tire, person on the phone said they could put a patch on. Got there and the man that was there refused to help me out after I drove 2 miles with a flat to get there. He said my tread was “too low” but I believe he just didn’t want to help because they were closing in 30 minutes, I had to go down the road to another shop that was happy to help, the other shop patched my tire just fine with no issues and no excuses about my tread being “too low to patch my tire”. I feel like one star may be too much. I was in the turnpike with a blowout and a guy from this place came out and sat in his truck for awhile. When I approached his truck he got out and walked slowly like he had all the time in The world. I looked at the tires in his truck and asked if they were for me, they looked used and I told him. Then I noticed they were not even the right size! I told him I gotta call someone else and he replied, I don’t care we get paid anyway! Very unprofessional.
