I moved into this apartment 2 years ago and I loved how modern it looked but unfortunately my patio door would not close and would fly open from the wind almost everyday (even with a chair in front of it). You could see light all the way around the door and the trim was destroyed. The door could not even lock. neighbors told me many times it was open when we were not home. Lots of space and really affordable for everything you get. Really love the big windows and kitchen. It's fun to be so close to Spicy Pie and just a short drive away from the grocery store on the other side of 32nd. When we looked for apartments Epic Management was super helpful in finding a place that fit what we were looking for and we've been really happy with them. They keep the apartment building in great shape and it always feels safe and comfortable. Would recommend!
