This was a horrible experience from the start. I am writing this so that other patients do not go through what I did. I saw Dr. Muurti Kapadia. She did a horrible job from the start and now I am in an awful position. First, she told me I needed two crowns and one of them required a root canal. I only came in for one tooth but she told me the tooth next to it needs a crown because she found a cavity. She was very aggressive in treating my teeth and I did not realize it at the time. Service and staff was amazing..efficient and welcoming atmosphere..
Joan Smith is easily the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She was professional, efficient, and made the whole process surprisingly comfortable. She explained everything clearly and was great at what she does. You can tell she really knows her stuff and cares about doing a good job. Also, Dr. Wilson was very pleasant and easy to talk to, which made the visit even better. Great team overall—highly recommend.
Possibly the best experience ever with my dental hygienist Heidi..10 stars for her professionalism and cleaning/xray technique.
Staff is great! Always in and out, no waiting.
