I loved living at the Boulevard. I loved how walkable it was to Kroger, restaurants and coffee shops. The landscaping is also beautiful and is very well kept throughout the year. The staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated when I requested to repair street light in front of my apartment and it was done within a timely manner. I felt very safe during my stay which is very important to me as I am a female solo runner and also walk my dog very early in the mornings before work. There was one car break incident... read more

Great location, however the staff there couldn’t care less after you sign a lease with them. They are completely unhelpful. Also, the mail situation is a complete disaster. Basically the mail is supposed to be delivered to three different places and the delivery people never know where to take your mail/packages so they end up delivering to random places. In addition, we left the apartment cleaner and nicer than it was when we moved in and they didn’t give us our full security deposit back. See the attached move out pictures... read more

I lived here for 1 year. I never had any issues with the management or any of the staff. Worst part is the train station right outside of the building. Very active at night so the windows needed to be shut to block out the noise. Best part was the convivence we had to MadTree brewery, sleepy bees, Kroger, Conados, and other bars and restaurants. A little pricey for what you pay but overall good experience in my opinion.
