I have been dealing with Avninder Mann for probably about 8 years. At the beginning it was just for medication, but over the years I've become sicker. Needed a little more help. However, he hasn't been willing to help. Recently I had a COPD exacerbation and ended up i the hospital. Between the hospital doctors, pharmacists and Respiratory Therapists, I was advised that more medication was needed. I waited 3 weeks to talk to him and he said 'NO".
