I’ve never been the type to leave a review like this but for other’s to be aware: It’s been a long time since I have been allowed to come in person to see Dr Kulwinder Mann. I’ve been having excruciating pain in my wrist for years and every time they book a mandatory phone call appointment (which I can only get 3 weeks out minimum for a 3-5 min phone call), I’m always referred to an x-ray or mri I’ve booked a phone call appointment twice with Dr Mann now in the last 2 months. avninder maan is amazing however the staff?? horrible. tell me why im on hold for TWO hours??? i wanted to call and confirm the timing of my appointment, and the wait time was over two hours. that’s insane
I great doctor and staff
Despite years of protest, pleading, and an explanation that I was not previously informed, they enforced a fee on me for "no-show". I understand now late fees are a part of all medical establishments but I was never educated or informed of that fact previously. I'm a young disabled man and I would have either made less appointments or been more punctual if I had been made aware of these fees.
