I recently came across this salon and was pleasantly surprised at its last second availability. I had the pleasure of meeting liz! I went to Boulevard for the first time to have a total refresh done to my hair and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Michelle was my stylist and she was SO wonderful! I came in with some reference photos and hair that had recently been stripped of black box dye. I have been to Boulevard twice and had Michelle both times she is so sweet and wonderful ! I had never colored my hair before and Michelle did an amazing job with a full highlight and glaze. She also does an incredible cut and blow-out. So happy I found Boulevard and Michelle !
