My original review was complimenting Janine’s work with my hair, she did a partial balayage. It initially looked good and Janine was taking pictures and told me “it’s just the lighting that’s why it looks red”. So I believed that. Well when I got home, my hair looked really brassy a friend of mine pointed out it looked red. My hair lifted very well when I was bleached, it looked like the inside of a banana. I’ve been needing a complete hair refresh for a while, and trying a new salon always makes me a little nervous, but walking into Boulevard completely put me at ease. Everyone was welcoming and friendly! Maddy did my highlights and a cut, and she did an amazing job—I LOVE how both turned out. Absolutely amazing!!!! Liz was so sweet and patient. I wasnt sure if what I wanted was possible, but Liz (my stylist) gave me exactly what I showed her and even more! Super cute and I'm very happy with my haircut. :)
