Hi Rachel. Sorry about your bad experience here. We try to make as many people happy as we can. That is one of the reasons we created the menu you a referring to. It's a lite fare/senior menu. It is disclosed on the menu that there are no substitutions and that the items are for dine-in only. Most of those items are under $9.00 and they come with soup, salad, a side order and a small dessert. We think it's a great value and a lot of customers seem happy with it.
