Godawful company. Called on a Saturday at 6pm for a cab, Told there were none on the road. Asked why. Told all drivers were at home having dinner. Apparently no cabs were available for the remainder of the evening. Asked if I could be given the number of a cab company that might have a cab available. Told I'd need to talk to the owner. How this place is in business is beyond me.
For having the right USB charger, easily this quaint cab service deserves high marks for the ride they gave me.
Well, I have been sitting here since 2:15 waiting on a cab. It is now 4:10. The first driver that the dispatcher put on the job said that my address doesn't exist. Guess I've been living in an invisible house for 10 years. So the second driver is on his way. Let's see if he can find the house before 7 p.m. First impression is the lasting impression. Be carefull using this company. I just got charged $15.00 for 2.5 miles. When I have been paying $20.00 for 8. Horrible customer service.
Terrible service they lie about calling the phone numbers and they take their time getting places the only reason they have 1 star from me is because I accidentally clicked it and can't remove it
This has to be the worst cab company in this country!! Took them 2 hr. to send a cab!! Call after an hour and the dispatcher said the driver was on his way!! He arrived an hour later!! This company is only still open because it's in Petersburg!!
Absolutely terrible! Dispatcher was rude! Called 5 hours ahead and they were still an hour late!!! Cab driver lied and said he'd been sitting in the parking lot for 10 minutes. I will walk before I call them again!

Piece of s**t service and dispatchers and they just plain ol suck d**k hate em, someone should put them out of business
