Not slammed, waited a few minutes to be seated despite first in line and several open tables...... reviewed menu for 10 minutes..... during this time not a single employee had time to acknowledge our presence.... NOT a good first impression. Very disappointing as we had heard how good the food is. ..... Customer Service still makes or breaks you Burger and Brew!!!
The right 60s old timey diner vibe. Burgers are normal size and very tasty. Brews are good. Who doesn't like tater tots!
1st time was wonderful. This time we were given our food and practicality ignored. They were not that busy like last time it took the waiter almost 15 minutes to come back to get my card. We ate and waited 20 minutes after we were finished for him to check on us.
I will most definitely be back!!!!.... Excellent Customer Service and Awesome Food!!!
