I've used this company for years to replace my fabric awnings whenever they get too faded from the sun. This time a salesman came out and gave me a quote and I paid half down. After waiting about 2 1/2 months I called and he informed me that they had a problem replacing my awnings because the manufacturer discontinued that color. I understand that this could happen but they could have let me know much sooner instead of telling me after 2 1/2 months and I initiated the call instead of them calling me. I didn't purchase my retractable screen at Boulevard, but the manufacturer referred me there with some questions I had as the unit wasn't working. Latoya, the person who answered the phone, at first said they were scheduling out 16 weeks, but then said maybe she could get the owner to just answer my questions. The owner (I think) David called, and was so helpful and walked me through how to fix it. Beyond awful. Contracted for awning in February for HOA garage entry. Installed four months later. Stenciled nine months later -- after maybe 50 calls to get the work done. Pathetic.
