I didn't purchase my retractable screen at Boulevard, but the manufacturer referred me there with some questions I had as the unit wasn't working. Latoya, the person who answered the phone, at first said they were scheduling out 16 weeks, but then said maybe she could get the owner to just answer my questions. The owner (I think) David called, and was so helpful and walked me through how to fix it. Beyond awful. Contracted for awning in February for HOA garage entry. Installed four months later. Stenciled nine months later -- after maybe 50 calls to get the work done. Pathetic.
For over thirty years they've been provided top quality workmanship and excellent customer service!
