Please be careful when making a purchase from Blvd Awning. I had purchased an awning 3 yrs ago with a 10 yr warranty. The stitching started falling apart after 3 yrs. The company came out and proceeded to tell me I must have gotten something on it, it was a limited warranty and the THREAD, the sewing and construction was not covered! It is on the second story and nothing at all had been sprayed or applied to it.
