I gave them the opportunity to work on my van only for them to charge me to diagnose it and say that they don’t work on Ford Vans. I’m out of there the front desk guy wasn’t even a technician and could not explain anything other than these are our rates for labor he was more concerned about their rates then he was about my problem. I would not ever recommend this shop. I am sure they know how to do an oil change or the rest of that low hanging fruit that mechanics like.But they’re not competent enough to handle all Jobs.
For an owner of multiple european cars, Boulevard simply can not be beaten, best prices and extremely knowledgeable, they keep my VWs & Mercedes very very happy.
Great service. I rolled in for an oil change and he told me 25 minutes and that was about all it took. I noticed they inspected my brakes and such as well...
They always take care of me very well when I go in.
