Does not even deserve 1 star. You have been warned. Do not live her. Website is a lie. Had to move west coast to East coast. Trusted Debra in office. All lies. Can hear my neighbors talk. Can smell what they are cooking. Can hear every step they take. Made very cheaply. Breezeways are filthy. Pool is disgusting! Business center is the “hood” hangout. Dog poop everywhere. Can you spend a little time with the grounds, and how long is it going to be till someone does a deep clean on your fitness center and fixes the first treadmill that has had a busted screen for a hot min now??
Just had my first year anniversary and happy to renew. The staff has always been supportive and responds to any maintenance issues pretty quickly. The rent amount, in my opinion, aligns with all that I get in return, such as the amenities and a great location.
Nice upscale luxury apartments. Very peaceful and quiet with little to no criminal activity at all. Everyone speaks and waves at each other, and the rent office is very professional with great customer service. Great eye candy in the rent office too! Lol
