RecommendedWe lived there for 3 years and loved everything of the boulevard. The management is super nice, the apartments are updated and spacious. The area is quiet and clean. And they are super pet friendly. Also a great location. I would always recommend the boulevard apartments.
Do not move here. I have an upper 2 bed “upgraded” unit that will not cool down. The AC does not work and they refuse to fix it. “Some apartments just won’t cool down” “Upper units are just warmer” is their excuse. Our AC is set at 70-72 degrees and runs 24 hours a day to keep our apartment at 77 degrees. They say that’s working fine....Good luck if you decide to live here in the summer.
