Don’t even deserve the one star if you wanna deal with mold, and your ceiling leaking and caving in go ahead and live here! Maintenance is awful along with the property manager. You also won’t get your deposits back , instead they will charge you for things that weren’t even broken/ things that were already wrong when you moved in. They don’t keep up on the grass around the apartment, they don’t deal with the parking lot or side walks when it ices or snows but then complain when you get stuck in their parking lot.
