I will never live out here again . I don’t even know where to start . The plumbing was horrible , the neighbor were rude af , and they even don’t care about your safety.

I put in a maintenance request July 6 about my toilet and bath faucets. I heard nothing... sent emails... called corporate... nothing. Last Friday I sent an email of escrow and it's now fixed. Why does it take that?

I lived here in the early 90’s. It was charming tree lined streets. Secured garages. Well maintained units. Sadly the last time I visited Columbus and the old neighborhood, it looked ran down, they had torn down the garages and there were a lot of ran down cars where the garages were before. I’ve heard that it’s now a ghetto community with a lot of crime and shootings. Sad.

My friend have been calling coming into the office almost everyday since he was told he was accepted and even with the website providing the public with false information that they have 116+ units available with dates provided beside them . They have given him two move in dates and no units are cleaned , repaired , remodeled and most importantly AVAILABLE.
