Don't live here Homeless people roam the floors and garages Packages unsecured and get stolen frequently. Leasing/Mgmt unresponsive and impossible to reach. The list goes on.. don't move here, trust me.
BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY UNSAFE BUILDING! Cars get broken into, crack heads breaking into the elevators, cockroach invasion on the 4th floor, the parking exit has literally been broken for 3 months & they haven’t fixed it, multiple break ins into the package room, & that’s not even all!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIVING HERE. Also management & amenities SUCKS!!!!!!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE This property and its "management" are the worst. -No response to maintenance requests beyond them telling you that they don't have enough people to respond to them. -Internet has been down for the ENTIRE PROPERTY since October 24th. With DISH Network whom the property has contracted with to provide TV and Internet services and restricted other providers from accessing the property. Living Here was a Nightmare!! Poor response from leasing office. Everything in the apartment is barely working. It took them 10 months to replace a faulty cooking induction stove. Poor landscaping. No clealiness. People lives in community throw trash anywhere, dont clean pet waste, throws garbage on the road outside garbage area. Living here was a nightmare
Worse experience as a renter The apartments look nothing like the pictures. There is no parking. The ladies at the front are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Never rent here I am giving one star because there is no option of giving 0 star or minus (-) star. This place is ridiculous. When I signed the leased they never told or mentioned anywhere that apartment doesn't come with AC unit. This is so fake. This is the first time i have ever heard that apartment does not come with AC unit. But there are two heaters inside the apartment. Tried to call to leasing office but never get a hold of them. Wonderful Place to Stay I recently moved into the Grand as a transfer from another Essex Apartment. It was really confusing time because I had to move suddenly due to plumbing issues in my previous apartment, at another site. Aa'Jahlee was so wonderful and helped me with grace and understanding, and I know my nerves were bad, so I applaud her. Since I've been here, the experience has been wonderful and the location is the BEST!!!.
Verified Renter 8th and Hope is the perfect location for true downtown living. We moved here in June 2018 and love the location, friendly staff, and responsive maintenance crew. It’s a nice place to live. Also, pet friendly, which is important to us.
Worst Maintenance in "The Rexford Fremont CA" Maintenance in "The Rexford Fremont CA" is the worst. The management doesn't take actions on time during emergency. In my case, the kitchen washbasin pushed the drainage water into the kitchen, living room and some part of bedroom. Nobody addressed the issue, finally we had to clean the home. This is the worst apartment I have seen in last 6 years.
