I recently placed an order online and was disappointed with the service received. There was no staff interaction during the entire process, and I was required to retrieve my own food. Despite ordering through the website, I was not offered a drink or any assistance, and no staff member approached me throughout the experience. Additionally, a 30% gratuity was applied to the bill, which I find unreasonable under these circumstances. This level of service is unacceptable and does not meet professional standards.
I wish the food tastes better, didn't enjoy at all the veg appetizers and entrees.
Update 8/10/2026 had the "BBQ Sandwich" today which is really a chopped pork sandwich. Well un cooked pork sells for $2/lbs beef 7$/lbs. They have side of Beef for 5$. Not happy with this place. Also, they showed me the lunch menu the sandwich cost $14 on it, then they charged me $17 for the dinner sandwich same sandwich I believe. Had the brisket taco. Very very dry trimmings, not sliced fresh meat. My dog would not eat the meat, I'm not kidding he didn't. The picture in the menu looked way better than the real thing. See p... read more
To take a 20% gratuity, afterwards automatically for no service is crazy. Definitely not. I did not have a tab. Ordered food and payed online. To say, making food and cleaning up isn't that the business job included in hrly pay. That that you chose the childish response, should let everyone know ur robbing people
Always a fun time, but the food tends to be underwhelming for the price. Drinks are good and the staff are nice. We like bringing our cat here when we have work get happy hours.
