This is by far the best property I’ve ever rented or been a renter from in my life. I am 51 and have been renting since I was 18. I have rented in Shreveport, Austin, TX, Houston, TX, and the Dallas Ft Worth metroplex. Very nice neighborhood w resort amenities. The units are top notch w granite countertops, new appliances etc. Also noise is NOT a problem here. I had a pleasant experience living at The Boulders on Fern. The apartments are clean. The community feels safe. Whole Foods and Target are only minutes away. Plus there's pretty good dining options in the area.
