They missed or ignored my dog's obvious signs of Cushings Disease. Although she was pretty old, she may have died sooner than she should have. I would find another vet if I had it to do over again.
I wont take my pets anywhere but BNA and I've recommended them to others who feel the same way. The doctors are insightful and skilled beyond measure. We're fortunate to have them in our community.
They are uncaring and I have had to make an appt with another vet who I have never been to because they would not get Roxy in this morning. I cried on the phone and they did not care. I have been going here for 6 years and now made an appt with another vet with my sick dog because they would not get me in.
Wouldn't trust anyone else. Compassion caring and just super people.
I took our 2.5 year old Pit Bull, Boxer, Greyhound, Charpei mix Penny, to see Dr. Stacey @ Boulder's Natural Animal Hospital and I was blown away with their facility. The staff was excellent. The exam room was clean and inviting. Dr. Stacey was just wonderful. So glad to have found such a great place to take our Penny
