The new management here at Boulders Lakeside is working hard and getting positive results. The repair to our door was fast and professional.

The grounds are well maintained ! Awesome amenities! The staff has been super helpful when needed! I highly recommend Boulders Lakeside/ Lakeview !
Fraudulently took thousands of dollars from my account and made me front the bill for months without refund. Landscaping/maintenance is a disaster, regularly getting sprayed by a hose leak when I leave my unit. Recently implemented a new premium parking policy, charging tennants for spots they've been able to use for years. Had my car towed as they had erected an inconspicuous sign in that spot overnight. I wish I had never signed my lease here. Posting this so others don't make the same mistake I did.
Tirrell did a good job fixing the dryer and oven light and he showed us respect thanks
