She made sure the maintenance team came out quickly and had everything fixed the same day. What really stood out was that she even followed up with a phone call the next day—right before the snowfall—to make sure our heat was still working properly. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares, and I really appreciate having Natacha here. Thank you for going above and beyond!
