We had a fantastic experience touring the property with Raul. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Raul was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative, Answered all questions with patience and clarity. The professionalism and warm demeanor made the tour enjoyable and helped us feel confident about the property.
This apartment complex is not worth it. They charge you a ridiculous amount of fees upon approval, and you don't get anything reimbursed when moving out... just more fees. I paid a $500 approval fee, $700 pet deposit for 2 cats, and a $1,015 conditional deposit.... none of which gets returned to me after moving out, despite how good of condition I kept the apartment in. Look elsewhere if you dont want to deal with bugs of any kind including roaches. I have lived in VA for over 15 years and have never lived anywhere with roaches! What good is sending exterminator if you are not exterminating every unit in the building especially when the leasing office knows they have a roach problem as I put in my repair request for bugs and they responded your ticket has been assigned for ROACHES?
