The office has been operating a lot better since I've moved in. Our maintenance concerns get addressed within a reasonable time. The apartments are affordable and decently sized (4 adults and 1 cat)
It takes 3 business days for them to change a lightbulb. (They called and scheduled a time then didn’t show up). The office constantly has miss communications. I understand being short staffed, but there is no reason why it should take multiple calls over multiple days to get a lightbulb changed.

Beautiful apartment just raised the rent beyond affordability for me. Then when I moved out they hit me with a $5000 dollar bill!!! Rudeen management who operates these apartments are genuine crooks! $100 to post a note to your door!! Unreal. Buyer beware for these places for real!
