What I like as a woman who sometimes climbs: Staff: From day 1, it was easy to become a member because the staff helps explain how everything works and sets up the acct. Someone helped me to buy shoes by letting me try on tons of pairs and giving me advice about fitting. When I walk in, I'm always greeted by name and smile, even on a busy day. Overall it's an decent rock gym, but don't find the routes that great at least compared to other gyms I've been a member of (e.g., Planet Granite in the Bay Area)
Always a good vibe, friendly staff and people in general. Never had a bad experience here, 100% recommend.

Trying to sign waiver for me and my family--website is sending me round and round in circles, and logging me out, when I try to log in, the login button has no effect. No waiver, no climbing, so basically just turned away. Website tech isn't that hard, just get a better group to make it work.
