Just recently moved to Boulder from out of state and I can't say enough good things about the team that manages the Boulder View Apartments. 1) They worked with me to ensure parking spots were reserved for my PODS container to be delivered. 2) They were patient with all my questions about the apartment and took the time to show me the unit twice so that I would be reassured about my decision on the lease. 3) They are super dog-friendly. I’ve lived here for 4 years, but this place has gone downhill. If you want a safe apartment, then DO NOT LIVE HERE. If you use Amazon or any sort of delivery service, then do not live here. If this is too long to read, just look at the 14+ photos — drivers often can’t get in, so they don’t deliver the package or they leave it outside for anyone to grab.
