Kelly, the property manager, was extremely responsive and personable. She made me feel very welcome and gave me a thorough walkthrough after I purchased the apartment and arrived in town. The unit was very clean, and the few minor items that needed attention (medicine cabinet, blinds, ice maker, closet doors, and shower drain) were fixed right away by John, who did a fantastic job. I really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled — it made the whole experience stress-free.
I’ve lived here 3.5 years and love everything about it. Great community of people and surrounding area. Management and maintenance are very nice, professional and trustworthy. Super dog friendly and great views!
We recently moved into Boulder View Apartments. Kelly, property manager, was very helpful when we stopped by after seeing a sign that an apartment was available. Her office is an apt model so gave us a great feel for what we would expect as renters. Kelly was very responsive to our follow-up questions. What a great place to live. It seems that everything I need is close by. I have great neighbors, a lake and the Boulder reservoir are 5 minutes away…. Boulder and Longmont a 15 minute drive. A supermarket close by…. I can be running in the flat irons in 20 minutes. My apartment is well maintained and easy to live in…. And the management is the best. Yes, it’s a great place to live.
John and Kelly are the best! Easy move in process, and John responded quickly to my maintenance requests!
