Dear Community Members, I am sharing my recent experience with Boulder Valley Vision Therapy to raise awareness about some concerns regarding their practices, fees, and the overall effectiveness of their vision therapy program. Lack of Transparency in Fees: Enrollment Fee: I was charged a one-time enrollment fee of $150 upon starting the therapy. Dr Jen and her team are fantastic! Dr Jen herself is extremely knowledgable, kind and organized. The admin team are always professional, friendly and help with any request quickly. The clinic has a nice atmosphere and it has tons of equipment for visual therapy. After a brain injury I have seen a wide variety or providers and therapists of different sorts - this clinic is by far the best organised and helpful generally, and my vision is improving. I highly recommend.
My daughter has been going here for the last year and we've been very happy with the results. They made the exercises fun for her while at the office and easy enough homework to practice at home. As we reach the end of her vision therapy, we would definitely recommend this practice based on the results we've seen.

I cannot say enough good things about the amazing Dr. Simonson and her team! They are knowledgeable, professional, most helpful, honest, very pleasant and make you feel at ease. They all encouraged me and worked me hard to get my sight back to normal after a head injury. If you have any doubts about coming here, don't, they are THE BEST! Dr. Simonson is very thorough and definitely won't disappoint! P.S. Make sure you do your part with your daily homework/eye exercises and you'll get the results you are looking for ;) .
