Dr moushka was extremely rude to me. Didn’t review my medical history, didn’t sit down and listen to me, I asked him please sit down and hear my full story and he refused said I could get a second opinion. Never had such a rude and horrible experience at a doctor.
We see Dr. Morrissey and Caitlin, not only are they friendly, but they really care and spend time with you. Excellent clinic!
My experience with Olly Green was nothing short of outstanding. He is a master of artistry with their anechoic chamber. Well worth my time... here is the result of his finding. You can see how my hearing drops off at the higher frequencies. He tuned the hearing aid to this profile perfectly.
Everyone seems unhappy. This was a bad experience. My throat concerns were not addressed. Felt like a waste of my copay. The doctor needs to at least act like he cares. I felt like he didn’t care one bit about my care.
It is very disappointing that after having a wonderful experience with office staff and Dr. Maschka that I have to leave a one star review. Everyone was very kind and I felt listened to by my doctor. However, I called after filling out my documents in the patient portal to ensure that my insurance had been ran and gotten prior- authorization for my appointment and the office staff had confirmed that my insurance was good to go.
