Dr Alana is amazing and her nurse are so friendly and makes the procedure so much easier and just a wonderful experience highly recommended..

Although the office experience was a positive one, the attempts at trying to get my results was awful. I was told no less than 5 times in the office that if I didn't hear back within 2 weeks to call to get my biopsy results. I find that odd, but took it in stride. I have been looking for a good dermatologist for a few years now. One of my previous derms made me feel like I was asking for too much time. She would go in and out of the room to take care of other patients while I sat and waited. Zoey Crane is wonderful. She took time to hear my concerns and questions. She never once left the room.
