Horrible billing accessibility
Don’t deal with these people. Their accounting is horrible. I paid the bill and they still sent my account to collections. This is totally unacceptable, unprofessional, and most of all a fraud.
I recieved a bill for thr first time 21 months after the date of service. That's unacceptable.
Disorganized is an understatement. They're a joke.
I had to be subjected to an emergency surgery after a visit to ER back in November. Dr. Stephen Kajdasz did an amazing job, walking me through the steps of the procedure and on the post operation. I did not had any side effects from the anesthesia or intubation. The operation was a success. But months later (March) I am still receiving bills and collection threats even though I fully paid the bill in December.
