Sent me to collections without sending me a statement this is fraudulent and will be reported
Boulder Valley Anesthesiolgy is a part of a much larger network. Big surprise. They sent my bill to the wrong address and their billing department sent me to collection for $130. Welcome to a broken “healthcare” system!
Wrongfully sent me to collections without ever sending me a bill. Nothing in the mail, no emails, no phone calls absolutely nothing until I got a letter form collections, for only $108 that I could easily pay. Would’ve paid it just like any other bill I had from my surgery but I never knew about it. Not to mention their billing system over the phone wasn’t working the first 3 times I got transferred. The lady that was transferring me was upset I kept calling back but I had a bill I wanted to pay to them instead of collection... read more
Corrupt/inept billing department. They sent a bill that was already paid to collections. Get it together!!
