Quiet, relaxing and great staff! We moved in from a big city and are happy we chose Boulder springs. Amenities are excellent and nearby our building as well
I lived here for 6 years and moved out in april of 2024 (7 months ago). It’s taken me awhile to decide what/if I should I review. Our first 4ish years were very pleasant. The last year and a half or so, not so much. Like other reviews have stated, a large part of it was management which had changed in that time period. Leasing office made a mistake on our lease twice while we were doing the move-in process, so we ended up with three copies before everything was good to go. Lisa assured us that the two she forgot to put our deposit on would be void even know they had been signed by everybody. 8 months later we have an issue and she gets upset at us for being persistent that she addresses the issue, so she terminates our lease and threatens to enforce the two leases she told us were void, charging us 3x rent for the same apartment. I'm not sure how to feel about this place. Here's why: Pros: I'll start off by saying that I loved living here. The staff was so nice, maintenance requests were completed quickly, we didn't have any problems the whole time we lived here that the apartment was causing. There was dog poop on the lawns, and I had to report some neighbors for yelling at all hours of the night, but that is more of a tenant issue.
