They have a huge problem with the Leasing Office that is physically at the Boulder Springs location. Lisa, the head leasing agent at the location misrepresents herself and then backtracks it all so that the accountability falls on the tenant. We moved apartments within the same building around 6 months ago, and while moving had some issues with the City getting our utilities set up. I called and gave the correct unit number, but they set up service for a different unit. Lisa, the head leasing agent at Boulder Springs, after two weeks informed me of the mistake. I called to correct, and shortly after Lisa emailed again. This time, she said I could either give her a paid utility statement or pay Boulder Springs directly for my utilities. I am actually lost for words right now. I couldn't thank Lisa and Meagan enough for being so great along the way, but upon moving out, I received a notice and multiple fees for the most absurd things. I thoroughly cleaned my apartment in every crevice, every cabinet, every baseboard and they have the nerve to charge me almost $300 in fees. I am so angry. This is not right. I should have listened to all of the negative reviews concerning this exact issue/subject before living at a place who thinks it's ok to do this.
This review is my and my family's honest experience. We are resident since June 2024 and never experienced any kind of problem while living here. Lisa, the manager is very kind and helpful. Here are few things that I personally like about Boulder Springs and the Management: There is always someone in office to attend the resident in the working hours.
