We moved these apartments 1 and half year ago, but I would consider as one of the worst decision of my life. This place is like living hell. If you have family with kids, this place is not for you. Even though, onsite staff is amazing with good service for maintenance with no safety issues, but the biggest problem is noise. Noise coming from upper, side apartments will make your life miserable. I lived here for 6 years and moved out in april of 2024 (7 months ago). It’s taken me awhile to decide what/if I should I review. Our first 4ish years were very pleasant. The last year and a half or so, not so much. Like other reviews have stated, a large part of it was management which had changed in that time period. They have a huge problem with the Leasing Office that is physically at the Boulder Springs location. Lisa, the head leasing agent at the location misrepresents herself and then backtracks it all so that the accountability falls on the tenant. When we moved in almost a year and a half ago, after collecting the keys and first opening the door to our apartment we saw it was filthy. We moved apartments within the same building around 6 months ago, and while moving had some issues with the City getting our utilities set up. I called and gave the correct unit number, but they set up service for a different unit. Lisa, the head leasing agent at Boulder Springs, after two weeks informed me of the mistake. I am actually lost for words right now. I couldn't thank Lisa and Meagan enough for being so great along the way, but upon moving out, I received a notice and multiple fees for the most absurd things. I thoroughly cleaned my apartment in every crevice, every cabinet, every baseboard and they have the nerve to charge me almost $300 in fees. I am so angry. This is not right. I should have listened to all of the negative reviews concerning this exact issue/subject before living at a place who thinks it's ok to do this.
