Staff (like Kayla and Val) are optimistic and informative about all dental care: insurance and billing tradeoffs, at-home best practices, industry trends, and more! After trying FOUR different dental offices in the City of Boulder, I found BSD. I cannot recommend them enough! Ask about their health care plans too—they are more cost-effective than my employer-sponsored dental plan.
When I asked friends to suggest a dentist several highly recommended Dr Friedman’s practice. I had my first visit yesterday, and I see why. After I was given a very thorough series of X-rays and images, Dr Friedman took time to explain what issues he saw—one of which other dental providers had missed! Jesse and his team are amazing. I had a wonderful experience with both Lauren my hygienist and Jesse the dentist. I will be coming back for future appointments and am extremely satisfied and happy with my visit.
I had an incredible experience at Boulder Smile Design! Each member of the staff is so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my oral health, areas of concerns, and steps that we could take as a team. I walked out of my visit feeling well taken care of and with a beautiful shiny smile! I had a great experience at this dental office. The dentist was very professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The staff was friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long. I went in for a cleaning, and everything was handled gently and efficiently.
