I had an incredible experience at Boulder Smile Design! Each member of the staff is so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my oral health, areas of concerns, and steps that we could take as a team. I walked out of my visit feeling well taken care of and with a beautiful shiny smile! I always get the best all-around service at Boulder Smile Design! Kayla and Sarah at the front desk are so welcoming and friendly — they make the atmosphere warm and inviting from the moment you walk in. They’re also incredibly clear and helpful when it comes to scheduling, billing, and all the insurance details, which I really appreciate. Knowledgeable and professional staff and Dr Friedman is always available when I have any questions or issues. One morning on a Saturday I somehow got floss stuck between my teeth, texted him, and he literally met me a few hours later at his office on an off-day to remove it.
Very welcoming environment, as comfortable as a trip to the dentist can be. Dr. Friedman is very professional, and the entire staff was very thorough while being friendly. Highly recommend.
