I always get the best all-around service at Boulder Smile Design! Kayla and Sarah at the front desk are so welcoming and friendly — they make the atmosphere warm and inviting from the moment you walk in. They’re also incredibly clear and helpful when it comes to scheduling, billing, and all the insurance details, which I really appreciate. i’m not an easy patient; i question too much, lack trust from experience, and i’m old. And Nobody’s old in this office but they were cool with me. lol The dentist? the best ! smart, and willing to explain and reason with me. i’m relieved and have a plan for care, i don’t have to worry about it now. i highly recommend this office.
Dr. Friedman is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. My case was complex -- needing crowns on my two top front teeth, but with very little space between them and my lower teeth. Because of the limited space, they needed to be thin, yet strong. They also needed to match my surrounding natural teeth as much as possible, which have high translucency. One of the best dentist offices Ive been to. 1. The office is gorgeous and comfortable with a mountain view from some of the dental chairs. 2. My dental Hygienist, Heather, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. 3. Dr. Friedman is a top of the line doctor with great beside manor. 4. The front desk staff is polite and well-organized
