WOMEN BEWARE SEXUAL PREDATOR on the loose!!! Ladera have failed to let any tenants know that there is currently a string of sexual attacks going on in their apt complex. The VICTIM had to put a poster up ( see attached photo in the comment below) please women be safe. It really doesnt surprise me considering they never lock the gates here and there is NO security. After living here since 2012, I have had a pleasant experience at Ladera. The property manager Matt has always been reasonable when issues arise and takes responsibility and works promptly to resolve any issues. Aysia the assistant manager is always friendly and happy to assist with a smile and patience. I can’t speak for the others in the office yet but these two make a good team to deliver good customer service. I highly recommend Ladera to anyone who is seeking a good nice apartment home.
RecommendedMy Husband And I Recently Moved Out To Be Closer To Family. If We Hadn't, We Would Have Lived Here Longer. I Absolutely Loved Our Floor Plan, Which Was The Same As The Model On The Website. It Gave Me A Home Like Feeling, Rather Than An Apartment Feel. The Staff Was Always Kind And Helpful. Anytime You Had An Issue, They Took Care Of It Immediately. The People In The Complex Are Friendly And Quiet.
