Office staff is trash at their job, not even sure how they still have a job. I’ve asked them for 4 months now to make repairs to my bathroom and patio door, they refuse due to covid yet still expect rent in full. Every time i ask for corporates contact information they try to sidestep ... i reported a shooting about a month ago and the office guy said he’d investigate and get back to me... i never heard back from him... it’s almost like once you sign the lease they feel their work is done.. will be moving out asap!
I totally understand this COVID mess. But they make you run in circles now to get stuff done. You have to call before coming to the office. What do you do when you call multiple times and no answer? They want you to leave, CALL again and then come back. Last week it was stand out in the heat and wait now it’s leave call and come back!!😫🤔

RecommendedI love this place. The managers are great & always willing to help you out & easy to talk too. I have been here for 25 years and the neighbors are friendly. I like the upgrade to the pool & park area. Kid friendly & there are fun programs they can participate in. Love it here.
RecommendedMy wife and I have lived here since 2018 and are having a beautiful experience! Office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond in keeping us informed to the happens within and outside of our community. The maintenance staff has always been quick to respond to rectify any issue, and done so with really good customer service. They have truly made this a wonderful community!

Poor management, I have had horrible water leaks, car broke into, car damaged by contracted painters, packages stolen and NEVER has anyone done ANYTHING to help.
I would not recommend Ladera
We love the ambiance here
The management is always taking care of the people here! So blessed to call this place my home!!
