great place to retire and near everything , always an event or something to engage in
roach and bed bug infested rat trap where meth heads get the benefit of the doubt but good hard-working retirees are treated like a good kids in the family and never get any attention stay away. I wish I could get out of here sooner than later the only good thing about this place is the pay one thanks for all the things but all the things don't work or they aren't provided. I cannot wait to find a decent home cuz this place is filled with losers boozers gamblers and creeps
One review obviously has this place confused with "The Palms" Bouder Palms is a retirement establishment for seniors. I lived there for several years and plan to return because it does a good job catering to seniors. However, it is far from a luxury suite hotel and it should not be advertised as such, pops
My husband and I have stayed at the palms more than once. The rooms are very clean, have great views and there beds are the most comfortable that I have ever stayed in. Along with the rooms being nice, all the staff were very friendly, and they have many amazing resteraunts and a great night life. It may be off the strip but it is well worth the stay.
I dont know if this place really rents rooms out as a hotel anymore. My in-laws have been living at this place as a retirement community since February 2005. Its still set up like a hotel with the telephone and cable/satellite system and utilities all included in their monthly rent, so maybe they do still rent some units out like a hotel.
