Mike at Boulder Meadows is the worst. I would never rent from here and would caution you to do the same.
I lived in Boulder Meadows 1998-2019. It was beautiful when I moved in. It was very difficult to find a home to purchase there. When the manager changed the park changed. It turned into an absolute ghetto by the time I moved out. I regret not buying in Denver instead of there. Hopefully ICE will clean house.
Nice place to live. People blaring music from vehicles parked in driveways is about the worst part.
