We worked with the company for 6 months, with David Salzman being the manager of BLD Investments LLC (the actual company behind the scenes). He is very timely and prompt in demanding money from you on every occasion, but don't expect to get back your security deposit in the end. We never even once used their kitchen after the contract, and they not only charged us for the full 6 months (and even $69 more than that), but also didn't return the security deposit.
