I hope my wife gets her deposit back soon . She been waiting for 3 months it's 2/18/25 today. Or I will make a report to bbb. Seems like you guys wanna play games. Emailing her that we never gave the notice or the keys and lock back, when our van is equipped with a dash cam. Clearly, you can see that we drop in the slot in the door. Not to mention the tenant that lives their is a witness because he came out to assist. And we even said to our self what a convenient place this is. WE THOUGHT WRONG.
If you are looking for custumer service and a great value this IS NOT the place. Price is outragous. Our unit was broken into along with 9 others the same night and the security is a joke. To many choices in Redding. Run while you can.
Solid facility. Convenient and easy to get in and out of. The local manager was a phone call away and they are upgrading their perimeter fence. Looks really nice.
