New ownership out of Michigan. Peak management is not showing any positive signs. Pool still un opened June 16th 2025 valet trash pick up, they miss more days than actually showing up. I fear this will soon be the projects of J Town. The maintenance staff is great! Apparently no grounds keeper as trash is all on property. Very disappointed. I love the location But office is non responsive to residents. Can’t wait until my lease up 😞
