Excellent service. Very nice staff. Only down side is the pool is NOT open (down for repairs).
I had a great experience at Boulder Creek Apartments. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to answer my questions. The maintenance team responded quickly whenever assistance was needed, and the entire process was smooth. The location is convenient, with plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. Overall, it's a comfortable and welcoming place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment community.
Terrible place to rent infested with roaches from the start when I started renting. No matter how clean you are roaches will always be there in these apartments. And don’t expect the same leasing agents to stay there either. Every two weeks there’s a new one because of how bad the management is. Pool is filthy always green in the summers and gets closed down. Pathetic Scammers. They tried to charge me a "cleaning fee" after I moved out, the apartment was filthy when I moved in!! These people try to charge you for cleaners and then don't hire them and pocket the money. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!
We took a tour today and our agent Rachelle(I think that was her name) I should’ve wrote it down before leaving. But out of the 15+ apartments I’ve toured over the past few years she’s by far the absolute best! She has an amazing personality and is very knowledgeable and helpful. She’s truly perfect in her position and is very friendly and out does herself. 10/10 tour
